VIP Sports Getaway Tour Policies

Advance Deposit Required:  An advance deposit will be required for each seat chartered and/or each package purchased at the time of purchase.

Final Payment: Required 14 days before departure of the trip.  Payment must be made by money order, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express.  Cash payments must be made in person at VIP Sports Getaway office located at:  1900 Snyder Shopping Center, Suite C.  Snyder, TX 79549.

Seating: Requests for seating with friends should be made at the time of the deposit.  VIP Sports Getaway cannot always guarantee seating groups together due to the establishment’s seating arrangements.

Baggage: One baggage per person, unless otherwise stated will be conveniently placed in the baggage compartment of the coach.  VIP Sports Getaway will not assume any liability for lost or damaged luggage.

Articles Left On The Bus: We cannot assume responsibility for articles of value left on our coaches.  Since the driver is unable to remain with the coach at all times, all personal items left on the vehicle are left at the passenger’s risk.

Tour Departure Points: As stated in the tour itinerary, vehicles must be parked at your own risk at each pickup point.  VIP Sports Getaway does not recommend any extended, overnight parking in public parking lots.

Smoking: For the consideration to all passengers, smoking will not be allowed on the coach.  Stops will be made for the convenience of our smoking passengers.

Alcoholic Beverages: The consumption of alcoholic beverages is permitted onboard the motor coach unless otherwise stated or agreed by the particular group onboard.  VIP Sports Getaway reserves the right to remove from the group, any individual deemed to cause disturbance that disrupts the other passengers on the coach.

Individual Behavior: We reserve the right at anytime before departure and/or during tours to reject individuals or terminate their privileges if it is determined that such individuals are obstructing the enjoyment of the group as a whole.  This will apply while the tour is en route or before first boarding of coach.

No Children under the age of 13 years of age allowed.

No animals allowed on the coach.

Damage To coach: Any damage to coaches, inside or out, caused by any of its passengers, when such damage is caused by carelessness or destruction, that person or persons will be held responsible and will be billed for the expenses of repairs.

Liability: Vip Sports Getaway acts only as an agent for the passenger in all matters to the tours except transpotation by its own vehicles and is not responsible for any damage, injury, loss or accident to person or baggage or other personal property of the passenger, when said passenger is travelling by other transportation means while on tours prepared by Vip Sports Getaway for the pleasure of its patrons.  Vip Sports Getaway also reserves the right to change itineraries and subsitute arrangements (without notice) including mode of transportation, routing, specified features and hotel accommodations, if in their opinion circumstances warrant a change.  The right is also reserved to cancel any and all tours on refund of payment if bookings are inadequte.  VipSports Getaway cannot be liable for delays caused by accidents, breakdowns, bad conditions of roads, snowstorms, and conditions beyond its control (such as Department of Transportation On Spot Inspections) and does not guarantee to arrive or depart on time due to said conditions.  We reserve the right to change anny arrangement herein set forth should conditions necessitate, offing substitutes of equal value, or to cancel any scheduled tour.

Vip Sports Getaway is not responsible for delays, extra expenses or any other invonveniences to passenger due to weaher conditions or other “Acts of God”.

Handicap Notice: Vip Sports Getaway requests that customers who require special assistance or handicap accessible transportation please notify our office 48 hours in advance.  Please also note that you are requested to contact the office 48 hours in advance if for some reason these services will no longer be required.

Vip Sports Getaway reserves the right to refuse to transport any person or persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose conduct is such as to be objectionable to other passengers or the safe operation of the vehicle.

Scheduled Events: Departure must be on time.  If necessary, you will be left behind.  If you are going to be late, the driver must be contacted prior to our planned departure time.  325-669-3492
